Our story
Mimu is named after a little girl named Myriam.
When Myriam — Mimu — was a baby, she was diagnosed with infantile spasms caused by cortical dysplasia. She has been medicated daily for nearly her whole life.
If you're a parent in a similar place, you know the part nobody warns you about: the medicine itself. The negotiating. The spitting out. The quiet worry of did she get the whole dose?It's one of the most stressful parts of the day, every single day.
We made Mimu to change that — to make medicine time feel less medical and more happy, without ever pretending away the medical reality a family is living in. A character to root for. A small story to finish together. A full dose that feels like a win instead of a fight.
Everything is going to be ok
That's the feeling we want every family to have when they open a box of Mimu. Not because the hard parts disappear, but because someone designed something with you, the whole family, in mind.
